Director Babu Sivan is happy a lot that his maiden venture ‘Vettaikkaran’ has become a ‘super hit’. He says his next venture too would be an action film.

“The victory of ‘Vettaikkaran’ has made me caught the attention of many. Some actors have evinced interest to work with me. I am at present busy preparing the script,” he says.

Saying that ‘action stories’ always have the ability to reach the masses, the filmmaker says: “Hence I have decided to concentrate on scripts that have enough scope for stunt sequences. Racy films are welcomed by everyone.”

Thanking Vijay and Vijay Antony, he says, “Both have given their best to ‘Vettaikkaran’. While Vijay took pains to excel on screen, Vijay Antony’s work at the recording studio is highly commendable. All the songs have become chartbusters.”
